A Senior ServiceNow Developer supporting a high‑priority initiative focused on CRM, ITSM, and on‑premise ServiceNow enhancements. You’ll collaborate with architects and product owners to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• ServiceNow development across ITSM and CRM‑related integrations.
• On‑premise instance support including upgrades, performance tuning, and security.
• CRM integration via REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• ITSM process improvements across core modules.
• Technical guidance and documentation.

Required Experience

• 6+ years ServiceNow development.
• Strong ITSM and CRM integration background.
• Proven work with on‑premise ServiceNow environments.
• Solid JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub skills.
