Our client is investing heavily in the evolution of its ServiceNow platform and is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive the design, governance, and long-term strategy of a complex enterprise environment.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical platform supporting multiple functions across IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Corporate Services. You will play a key role in defining architecture standards, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and future-ready.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and own the ServiceNow architecture roadmap and platform strategy.
  • Design scalable end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple business domains.
  • Lead platform governance, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into robust, sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and optimise CMDB structures, data models, and service mapping frameworks.
  • Architect solutions across:
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • Discovery
  • Event Management
  • Asset Management
  • Additional ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Drive integration strategies with ERP systems, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, identity management solutions, and third-party applications.
  • Design advanced workflows, automation solutions, and platform enhancements.
  • Ensure platform performance, security, compliance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver long-term platform value.

We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect within complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow solutions and operating models.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • CMDB
  • Discovery
  • Event Management
  • Asset Management
  • Integrations and Automation
  • Experience designing REST and SOAP integrations and enterprise platform connectivity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic platform decisions.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications.
  • ServiceNow CTA certification.
  • Experience with AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Enterprise Service Management methodologies.
