Freelance ServiceNow Tech Lead / Architect – TMT / Service Order Management

Location: Remote (Rare travel to the Netherlands)
Contract: Initial 12 months (likely extension)
Start: 1st September

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead / Architect to join a major enterprise programme focused on Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) and Service Order Management (SOM).

You'll lead the technical architecture, provide guidance to development teams, define best-practice solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver a scalable ServiceNow implementation. This is a largely remote role with only occasional travel to the Netherlands for key workshops.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead or Architect
• Strong hands-on expertise with TMT and Service Order Management (SOM)
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems
• Fluent English
