One of my key clients is currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join them on a long-term freelance contract.
This is a mainly remote role, with a preference for consultants based in Belgium or Luxembourg.
You will take architectural ownership of the ServiceNow ITOM landscape, working closely with platform owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to design, optimise, and govern ITOM capabilities in line with best practices and the ServiceNow CSDM model.
Act as ITOM Architect for the ServiceNow platform, providing end-to-end solution design
Lead and design Discovery and Service Mapping implementations (top-down / bottom-up)
Define, implement, and govern CSDM structures across CMDB and ITOM use cases
Ensure CMDB data quality, relationships, and alignment with ServiceNow standards
Provide architectural guidance to developers and implementation teams
Support integrations, platform optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Strong, hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience at architect level
Proven background with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB
Solid understanding and real-world implementation of CSDM
Experience designing ITOM solutions in complex enterprise environments
Fluent Dutch or French (one is mandatory)
Both languages is a strong bonus
