Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dutch-speaking ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to support business transformation and ServiceNow implementation projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse processes, gather requirements, and deliver functional ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Run workshops and gather business requirements
• Analyse and improve business processes
• Translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions
• Work with technical teams during implementation
• Support UAT, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Advise on ServiceNow and ITIL best practices

Required Experience

• 5+ years in Business Process Consulting / Business Analysis
• Strong ServiceNow experience (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC)
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Dutch and English
