Role Overview

A Senior ServiceNow Architect leading architectural design across CRM, ITSM, and on‑premise ServiceNow environments. You’ll define platform strategy, ensure technical alignment, and guide development teams in delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform architecture for ITSM, CRM integrations, and on‑premise deployments.
• Solution design including data models, workflows, and integration patterns.
• On‑premise architecture covering performance, upgrades, and security frameworks.
• CRM integration strategy using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Governance, documentation, and architectural oversight of development work.

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise design.
• Deep ITSM and CRM integration expertise.
• Proven leadership in on‑premise ServiceNow environments.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, IntegrationHub, and platform security.
