Full Stack Software Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a small, high-performing team building complex data migration and infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate has experience building and shipping B2B software in a high-growth environment, ideally at an early- to mid-stage startup, and is comfortable working across the full technology stack in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
This is a highly hands-on role where you'll tackle complex architecture and engineering challenges on a daily basis. Rather than working from perfectly scoped tickets, you'll have meaningful ownership over technical decisions, product development, and the overall customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end, working across frontend, backend, and DevOps.

Solve complex data management, migration, and infrastructure challenges in dynamic enterprise environments.

Design and automate systems that need to adapt to constantly evolving requirements and unexpected edge cases.

Contribute to product and technical decisions, helping shape the direction of the platform.

Participate in customer conversations to better understand needs and influence product development.

Anticipate potential failure scenarios and edge cases within complex enterprise systems.

Design and implement resilient, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Collaborate closely with a small, highly technical team in a high-ownership, high-trust environment.
