Our client is a globally recognised transformation specialist operating exclusively within the Life Sciences sector. With a strong international presence and a track record of delivering large-scale SAP programmes for leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and medical technology organisations, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for complex digital transformation initiatives.

As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD / Logistics Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes across global supply chain and commercial operations.

This position offers exposure to international projects, modern SAP technologies, and complex business processes within a highly regulated industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions across Sales, Distribution, and Logistics functions.
• Analyse, design, and optimise end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Configure and support SAP SD solutions covering:
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Pricing
  • Deliveries
  • Billing
  • Returns Management
• Design and support Handling Unit Management processes.
• Configure and optimise batch determination scenarios across logistics and sales operations.
• Support integrations between SAP SD, Warehouse Management solutions, and external logistics service providers.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Support testing cycles, deployment activities, cutover planning, and hypercare phases.
• Advise business stakeholders on SAP best practices, process standardisation, and solution design.
• Contribute to global template development, rollout programmes, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Minimum 8 years of SAP project experience with a focus on SAP SD.
• Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with Handling Unit Management.
• Experience with batch determination processes within sales and logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD integration with warehouse management solutions and third-party logistics providers.
• Proven delivery experience on SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation programmes.
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including integration with:
  • Procurement
  • Warehouse Management
  • Transportation
  • Manufacturing
  • Finance
• Experience leading workshops and engaging directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Technology, or other regulated industries would be advantageous.
• Fluent English.
