A well-established SAP consulting company with a strong focus on HR projects is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to support its customers in both ongoing system support and project work. The company works across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid HR environments and delivers tailored solutions for a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Support customer SAP HCM system landscapes, including customizing and continuous process improvement.

• Gather and assess requirements from business departments and advise on feasibility.

• Support SAP HCM projects, with the option to take on partial project management responsibilities.

• Provide expert support to key users and end users.

• Deliver application support for SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Travel Management.

• Handle customization, maintenance, documentation, and second-level support tickets.

• Analyze issues independently and implement effective solutions in SAP HCM.

• Support implementation and expansion projects.

• Work closely with customer departments to ensure high-quality service.

• Provide remote support, and occasionally on-site support depending on customer needs.

Requirements

• Relevant education or equivalent experience with strong IT and business understanding.

• Very good knowledge of customizing and error analysis/fixing.

• Practical experience in one or more SAP HCM submodules.

• Strong service orientation and good communication skills.

• Team-oriented, responsible, solution-focused, and resilient.

• Willingness to travel.

• Very good German skills.

• Good written and spoken English skills.
