Role Overview

The team is seeking an experienced Infrastructure / Platform Engineer to help scale internal systems, improve developer productivity, and maintain secure and reliable cloud infrastructure.

This role will work closely with engineering teams to improve development workflows, manage cloud environments, strengthen security and compliance practices, and ensure systems remain highly observable and resilient.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & API Enablement

• Support internal teams by configuring and maintaining infrastructure access and APIs across internal systems

• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient

Developer Experience

• Improve performance and maintainability of internal codebases and build systems

• Enhance local development environments and container-based workflows

• Identify and implement improvements that help engineering teams move faster

CI/CD & Deployment

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and build workflows

• Implement strategies to optimize build speed and reliability

• Manage deployments across development and production environments using infrastructure-as-code tools

Cloud Infrastructure

• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure including compute, networking, and database systems

• Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure reliability

• Manage provisioning and access to cloud resources

Security & Compliance

• Support implementation of security standards and access controls

• Assist with internal compliance initiatives and monitoring systems

• Maintain device and access management policies

Monitoring & Observability

• Improve logging, monitoring, and alerting systems

• Help reduce operational overhead by improving system visibility and reliability

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering

• Strong experience working with modern cloud infrastructure

• Experience building and automating infrastructure through code

• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC2

• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and development workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
