Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Product Expert to lead the design, development, and optimization of SAP ECP solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver scalable payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain SAP ECP solutions aligned with business requirements
• Provide technical expertise across integrations, custom developments, and system enhancements
• Support implementation, upgrades, and ongoing optimization of SAP SuccessFactors ECP
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll and system issues
• Collaborate with functional consultants, HR teams, and external vendors
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance with payroll regulations
• Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors ECP
• Strong ABAP development skills and experience with integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware)
• Knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and configuration
• Experience with system upgrades, support, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem and cloud integrations
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, or other integration platforms
• Knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance
• SAP certifications in relevant modules
