SAP S/4HANA EWM Lead Solution Architect / Senior Functional Consultant

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP EWM Solution architect.

The ideal candidate is a senior SAP S/4HANA EWM expert with more than 10 years of SAP consulting experience and at least three end-to-end S/4HANA EWM implementations. They have deep expertise in warehouse process design, Handling Unit management, RF, MFS, production integration, and warehouse automation. They are capable of leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, driving solution architecture, challenging business requirements to maximize standard SAP functionality, and working closely with both business stakeholders and IT leadership on global manufacturing and warehouse transformation project

Mandatory Technical Skills
 

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
• SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with deep expertise in:
  • End-to-end warehouse processes
  • Solution architecture and design
  • Configuration/customizing
  • Handling Unit (HU) Management
  • RF Framework
  • Production Integration (EWM-PP)
  • Warehouse automation
  • Material Flow System (MFS)
• Strong integration knowledge with:
  • SAP MM
  • SAP PP
  • Manufacturing and logistics processes

Implementation Experience
 

• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations
• Proven experience delivering Factory EWM projects
• Experience working in global, multi-country organizations
• Experience with:
  • Fit-to-Standard methodology
  • Requirement gathering
  • Gap analysis
  • Process mapping
  • Blueprint/Solution Design
  • Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

Functional Responsibilities
The consultant will be expected to:

• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Gather and challenge business requirements
• Design future-state warehouse processes
• Define EWM architecture
• Lead Handling Unit management design
• Design warehouse automation integration
• Define MFS integration requirements
• Support manufacturing integration
• Produce functional specifications and architecture documentation
• Recommend SAP standard functionality over custom developments
• Estimate project effort
• Define implementation roadmap
• Support deployment planning
