R2R Process Lead
Global Process Owner (GPO) – Record to Report (R2R)

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Global Process Owner (GPO) for Record to Report (R2R) with strong accounting expertise and end-to-end process ownership experience.
This role is accounting-led, requiring deep knowledge of R2R processes and accounting policies, combined with solid ERP experience. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating at both the process and system level, with the ability to deep dive into accounting flows and system impacts when needed.
This is not a pure IT or technical configuration role. It requires a senior finance professional with a hands-on mindset and strong process governance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and standardize global R2R processes across international entities
- Drive harmonization of accounting policies and process governance
- Lead deep dives into:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Intercompany accounting (critical area)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Tax accounting
- Chart of Accounts and GL architecture
- Ensure alignment between accounting policies and ERP system design
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Act as senior point of contact for R2R-related matters globally
- Support finance transformations and international deployments
- Work closely with finance, operations, and system teams
Requirements
- Senior accounting professional with strong end-to-end R2R experience
- Proven expertise in GL, intercompany, fixed assets, tax, and CoA structure
- Experience as a GPO or senior R2R lead preferred
- Strong background in accounting policy and governance
- Experience working in a multi-entity, international environment
- Solid ERP experience as a key business user (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Able to understand system-process interactions (functional configuration exposure is a plus)
