Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support a major ERP transformation programme for a leading Dutch FMCG company. This is a pivotal role in ensuring governance, reporting, and coordination across a complex, multi-workstream programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Programme Director and Project Managers with PMO governance and processes
Manage programme-level planning, milestone tracking, and RAID logs
Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between stakeholders
Ensure timely and accurate status reporting to executive leadership
Monitor budget, resource allocation, and dependencies
Assist with preparation of steering committee materials and documentation
Support change control and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
Proven PMO experience on large-scale ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) transformation programmes
Background in the FMCG or related industries preferred
Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
Fluent in English; Dutch language skills a plus
