Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support a major ERP transformation programme for a leading Dutch FMCG company. This is a pivotal role in ensuring governance, reporting, and coordination across a complex, multi-workstream programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Programme Director and Project Managers with PMO governance and processes

• Manage programme-level planning, milestone tracking, and RAID logs

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between stakeholders

• Ensure timely and accurate status reporting to executive leadership

• Monitor budget, resource allocation, and dependencies

• Assist with preparation of steering committee materials and documentation

• Support change control and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• Proven PMO experience on large-scale ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) transformation programmes

• Background in the FMCG or related industries preferred

• Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)

• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills a plus
