A global pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced SAP PLM Architect to lead the design and optimisation of enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management processes across a complex regulated manufacturing environment. The role will focus on architecting SAP PLM solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, MM, PP, QM, EWM and MES platforms, with responsibility for product specification management, recipe and formulation governance, engineering change control, document management, compliance traceability, and material master harmonisation across R&D and manufacturing functions. The successful consultant will define scalable solution architecture, lead cross-functional workshops with business and technical stakeholders, oversee system integration strategy, and ensure alignment with GxP, FDA and EMA regulatory requirements within validated environments. Strong experience delivering SAP PLM transformations within pharmaceutical or life sciences organisations is essential, alongside deep knowledge of batch-managed manufacturing, regulated product data structures, and end-to-end product development lifecycle governance.
