Job Title: Pega-Enabled Quality Engineer (QE)

Location: Netherlands (Utrecht)  (Hybrid )

Type : Contract

Language Requirement:  English

Working mode : Remote/Hybrid /Full onsite – Hyrbid (At least 2 days, the more the better)

Role Overview:

As a Pega-Enabled Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for elevating the quality assurance maturity of the banks Pega applications. You will work hands-on with automation tools, API testing, and application testing, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. You will be a visionary in QE practices, driving quality from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test strategies for Pega applications.
• Perform hands-on testing including automation, API, and functional testing.
• Collaborate with developers and BAs to ensure testable and high-quality deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in QE practices and tooling.
• Participate in sprint demos and ensure business-visible quality metrics.
• Advocate for quality-first delivery culture across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
• Strong understanding of API testing and application testing methodologies.
• Experience with Pega testing frameworks and tools.
• Basic domain knowledge in financial services (CDD/KYC/CLM is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Growth mindset and ability to work in culturally diverse teams.
