MuleSoft Project Manager - Fluent Spanish Speaking - 12 months - Remote working - Start ASAP 

MuleSoft Project Manager:

A specialised role responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise
integration projects using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role bridges the gap
between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that APIs and
integrations are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with API-led
connectivity principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: Leading the implementation of integration layers and
from inception to "go-live," using Agile methodology. Always centred on the
Customer’s success.
• Planning & Resourcing: Developing project plans, schedules, and allocating
resources (developers, architects) to meet delivery milestones.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a bridge between IT and business
executive leadership to communicate project value, risks, and progress. Also
able to work within a larger Programme liaising with other Project/Programme
leads and managing expectations.
• Governance & Quality: Leveraging the MuleSoft Architect to reviewing
design documents and ensuring that technical deliverables meet architecture
standards and API governance policies. Ensuring delivery of the agreed
Project scope on time and within budget.
• Risk Management: Identifying Risks before they become Issues. Experience
with a RAID log. Mitigating and resolving risks and issues throughout the
project. Working with the MuleSoft Architect to manage technical challenges
in the implementation of the MuleSoft platform and managing technical
dependencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform,
including Design Centre, Runtime Manager and API Manager.
• Experience: Typically requires 8–10+ years of IT experience, with a
significant focus on technical project leadership or solutions architecture.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and software
development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into
business-friendly terms and map business requirements to technical features.
Ability to discover additional opportunities to help the Customer.
