ITSM Senior Developer
Senior ITSM Developer (2x Positions)
We are looking for two experienced Senior ITSM Developers to join a dynamic team in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for professionals with deep ITSM platform expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead technical solution discussions and client engagements.
Hybrid working model — 2 days onsite per week in the central Netherlands.
Preferred start: July 1st

Role Overview
As a Senior ITSM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise IT Service Management solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive successful implementations and support strategic ITSM initiatives.
In addition to strong technical capabilities, you should be comfortable leading customer discussions, contributing to pre-sales activities, and helping shape solution approaches for complex engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ITSM solutions and workflows
- Lead technical discussions and support client-facing engagements
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile delivery environments
- Provide guidance on best practices, platform capabilities, and process improvements
- Support integration activities and platform customizations
- Contribute to architecture decisions and solution roadmaps
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in ITSM development and implementation
- Strong experience with:
- CIS ITSM
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- Proven ability to lead deals, workshops, or client solution discussions
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise service workflows
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite in the central Netherlands twice per week
