• • Install, repair, and maintain telecommunications cables and equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures. • Perform cable climbing and rigging tasks to ensure proper installation and maintenance. • Conduct site surveys to assess the layout and requirements for new installations. • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement network expansions and upgrades. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cable connections and signal transmission. • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections. • Operate and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project goals are met
