Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant for a S/4 HANA rollout project at multiple sites in Aarhus, Denmark, and a new site in Venlo, Netherlands. This is a 4–6 month contract position, with the possibility of extensions, starting in January 2026. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP EWM and S/4, as well as a background in the retail industry.

As part of the project, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance to ensure the successful deployment of the SAP EWM solution, collaborating closely with the local teams in both Denmark and the Netherlands. The role will involve significant travel, with a 50/50 split between the two locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP EWM in the S/4 HANA environment at sites in Aarhus and Venlo.

  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and business units to deliver solutions in line with the project’s objectives and timelines.

  • Conduct gap analysis, design, and configure EWM solutions to meet specific business needs, particularly in the retail industry.

  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to local teams to ensure a smooth transition and operational success.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support as needed.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM.

  • Strong experience with S/4 HANA implementations.

  • Background in the retail industry, ideally with experience in supply chain or logistics operations.

  • Ability to travel to site as required (up to 4 days per week, with a 50/50 split between Denmark and the Netherlands).

  • Fluency in English is required; Danish language skills are a bonus.

  • Preferred: A consultant based in Denmark, though candidates from other locations will also be considered.
