Senior Product Manager – AI & Public Sector

About the Role

We are hiring a senior product leader to define and deliver AI-driven solutions that modernize public sector operations. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who wants to expand beyond feature delivery and engagement metrics into true business ownership, including responsibility for product performance and P&L outcomes.

This is a hands-on role in an AI-native environment. Even if you are not an engineer by training, you should be comfortable building, testing, and iterating on software at a high level of abstraction, leveraging modern AI tools as part of your daily workflow.

The team is focused on rethinking how companies are built in the age of AI—scaling capabilities through AI agents rather than headcount, enabling faster execution, lower costs, and entirely new operating models. The pace of innovation is rapid, and this role is for someone who sees where AI is heading and is excited to build for that future.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product vision and execution for AI-powered solutions serving public sector customers

• Define and manage product strategy with clear business outcomes, including revenue and P&L responsibility

• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand complex public sector workflows and constraints

• Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate product discovery, development, and iteration

• Partner with engineering and design to ship fast, high-impact solutions

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the product roadmap

• Help shape an AI-native product development process that prioritizes speed, leverage, and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments

• Strong sense of ownership with a high-agency, high-velocity mindset

• Experience building trusted relationships with public sector or government customers

• Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and its accelerating capabilities

• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to build, prototype, and iterate on software

• Ability to think beyond traditional SaaS metrics and focus on business impact and outcomes

• Passion for applying cutting-edge technology to improve how government operates

Nice to Have

• Prior experience owning or contributing to P&L or revenue-driven products

• Extensive hands-on use of AI coding and product development tools

• Background in civic tech, govtech, or regulated environments
