About the Role

Next Ventures is currently supporting one of our clients in Brussels, and we're looking for a few AI Engineers for the role.

  • This is a freelance contract
  • 2 Years in a production environment is required

Responsibilities

  1. Translate customer challenges into fit-for-purpose AI architectures and pilot prototypes.
  2. Work closely with customer to understand needs and communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Champion best practices across version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development throughout every engagement.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of AI/ML engineering experience including B2B customer deliveries.
  2. Strong Python expertise and hands-on proficiency with LLMs and associated libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  3. Proven experience deploying scalable AI applications on Azure Cloud, including Azure Data & AI services.
  4. Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow) is a strong plus.
  5. Dutch is a bonus
